[Trailer] ‘Silent Night’ Gets First Violent Trailer

The renowned action director, John Woo, has returned with his latest action-packed thriller titled “Silent Night.”

The trailer for this movie has recently made its online debut after premiering in theaters over the weekend. The trailer for Silent Night made its debut on Entertainment Weekly and can be viewed below.

Entertainment Weekly has disclosed that Silent Night, a movie slated for theatrical release on December 1, has received an “R” rating for its portrayal of strong, graphic violence, drug use, and some instances of profanity.

Silent Night, a film produced by Capstone Studios and Thunder Road Films, features a cast that includes Joel Kinnaman (known for his role in The Suicide Squad), Scott Mescudi (also known as X), Harold Torres, and Catalina Sandino Moreno.

The plot of Silent Night, authored by Robert Archer Lynn who also wrote for Prisoner and Deadbox, revolves around a father who is mourning the loss of his child. On Christmas Eve, he finally takes the opportunity to seek retribution against a gang notorious for their brutality.
