The upcoming year has a highly-awaited horror movie, which is the Robert Eggers (known for The Witch, The Lighthouse, and The Northman) revamp of Nosferatu.
As of now, Focus Features has yet to announce its release date, but Empire Magazine has released an exclusive first-look image for fans to enjoy.
Providing us with a sneak peek at Lily-Rose Depp’s character Ellen, the picture above also hints at the iconic claws of Nosferatu. Bill Skarsgård is set to portray Count Orlok in this upcoming film.
It is anticipated that the release of Nosferatu will occur at some point in 2024. Additional information regarding this release is forthcoming.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson (in the role of Kraven the Hunter), Simon McBurney (known for his appearance in The Conjuring 2), and Ralph Ineson (who was in The Witch) are among the noteworthy cast members. Also featured are Willem Dafoe, Nicholas Hoult, and Emma Corrin.
The director and writer of the film, Eggers, is at the helm of this project. He has taken on the task of writing the script as well.
