[News] ’28 Years Later’ Gets June 2025 Release Date

The highly anticipated horror sequel trilogy, 28 Years Later, will see the collaboration of Danny Boyle and Alex Garland once again.

The release date for the first film in this thrilling new trilogy has been confirmed. 28 Years Later will be making its way to the big screen on June 20, 2025,

Joining the already announced cast members, including Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Ralph Fiennes, is Jack O’Connell, known for his role in “Amy Winehouse: Back To Black. The initial film will be penned by Alex Garland, with Boyle reprising his role as director.

Sony Pictures has enlisted Nia DaCosta, known for her work on Candyman and The Marvels, to helm the second chapter of the trilogy.

Executive producer Cillian Murphy has come on board for the role of Oppenheimer.
