First Look at ‘The Strangers’ Trilogy Coming This October; First Promo Picture Released

Lionsgate is currently preparing to release a trilogy of films centered around The Strangers franchise, set to be unleashed sometime in 2024.

In October, Lionsgate has informed us that there will be a first-look at New York Comic Con. The new Twitter account shares, “Prepare yourself. Bar your windows and lock your doors. They are on their way.

Catch a glimpse of the #TheStrangersTrilogy at NYCC at 3pm on October 12th, accompanied by director Renny Harlin and producer Courtney Solomon. The exact release plan for the forthcoming “Strangers Trilogy” remains unclear at present. However, it is noteworthy that the movies are being grouped together under this title. It is reasonable to infer from Lionsgate’s recent hint that all three films will be premiered in the upcoming year.

The cast for the upcoming project includes notable names such as Madelaine Petsch from “Riverdale”, Froy Gutierrez who is set to appear in “Hocus Pocus 2”, Rachel Shenton who starred in “The Silent Child”, Ema Horvath from “Rings of Power”, and finally Gabe Basso who is set to appear in “Hillbilly Elegy”.

The worldwide distribution of the upcoming film will be handled by Lionsgate. Renny Harlin, known for directing films such as Cliffhanger, Deep Blue Sea, and Die Hard 2, will be directing the film. The script for the film was written by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland, who have previously worked on projects such as The Freak Brothers and Due Date.
